The first months after a stroke are when the brain adapts fastest. Regular therapy in this period makes a measurable difference to walking, balance and everyday tasks.
What helps at home
Practise real tasks, not just exercises: standing up from the chair you use every day, reaching for the cup in the kitchen cupboard. Short sessions several times a day work better than one long one.
We offer home visits in both districts, so therapy can start where daily life happens.
