The most common question after a knee injury is when. Our answer is always the same: when the tests say so. The calendar is a poor guide, because people heal at different speeds.
What we measure
We compare strength between both legs, test single-leg hops for distance and control, and ask about confidence with a short questionnaire. You play again when the injured side reaches at least 90 percent of the other.
These tests take one session. We repeat them every four weeks, so you see your progress in numbers.
