Booking requests
When you send a booking request, we receive your name, email address, phone number if given, insurance type, preferred location, day and time of day, your message and, if you used the treatment finder, your answers. We use these details only to arrange your appointment.
Opening hours and treatment finder
The opening status and the treatment finder run entirely in your browser. Nothing you select there is stored or sent, unless you send the booking form.
Hosting and statistics
Name your hosting provider, any statistics or analytics tools and the legal basis for each, as required in your country.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at the address in the imprint.
